This page explains how to permanently delete your Mind Screen account, published by ZeusCom, together with the data attached to it.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your assessment history and your reports cannot be recovered afterwards. If you want to keep a copy of a report, export it as a PDF from the app before you delete your account.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the app (immediate)
This is the fastest route, and it takes effect straight away.
- Open Mind Screen and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom, to the Account section, and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be removed, then type
DELETEto confirm. - Confirm your identity — enter your password, or sign in again with Google or Apple, depending on how you created the account.
- Confirm one last time. Your account and your data are erased immediately.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it (if you already uninstalled the app)
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, send us an email and we will handle it for you.
The button opens your email app with the request pre-written. If it does not work, simply write to mindesuite1@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request — Mind Screen” and state the email address of the account concerned.
Send the request from the email address of the account itself whenever you can. If you cannot, we will ask you a question to verify that the account is yours before we delete anything — we will never delete an account on an unverified request.
We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted

What is not deleted, and why

Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not by us, so you will keep being charged until you cancel.
Cancel it before you delete your account: Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mind Screen → Cancel subscription.
