In short. Mind Screen collects your account details, your answers to psychological and cognitive assessments, and your voice while you take a voice-based test. Your answers are analysed by an artificial intelligence service to produce your results, and they are stored against your account so you can review your history. Voice recordings are transcribed and then deleted. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising. You can delete your account and all your results at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us.
1. Who we are
Mind Screen (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is published by ZeusCom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Important: Mind Screen is not a medical device
Mind Screen is a self-awareness and screening tool. It is not a diagnostic service and not a medical device. Its results do not constitute a clinical diagnosis. If your results suggest elevated concern, or if you are experiencing significant distress, please consult a qualified health professional.
3. What we collect, and why

What we do NOT collect
Mind Screen does not access your location, your contacts, your photos, your files, your calendar, your messages, your browsing history or the list of apps installed on your device. The app requests only two permissions: internet access and microphone access. The microphone is used exclusively during voice-based assessments, never in the background.
We never see and never store your payment card. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play.
4. How your data is used
- To run the app — sign you in, present the assessments, score your answers, produce and store your reports.
- To personalise your result — adjust interpretation according to the demographic details you provided.
- To manage your subscription — determine whether paid assessments are unlocked for your account.
- To keep the app working — diagnose crashes, prevent abuse and enforce usage limits.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for marketing purposes, or automated decisions producing legal effects. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Your assessment content is not used to train any artificial intelligence model. Our AI provider processes your content solely to return a result to us and is contractually prohibited from using it for model training.
5. Who processes your data on our behalf
To operate the app we rely on the service providers below. They act as processors on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, for instance in response to a valid order from a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers listed above are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the additional technical measures described in section 9.
7. How long we keep your data

8. Legal bases and your rights
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a)) for health data and voice recordings. Health data is a special category of personal data, and we process it only because you explicitly agreed when you accepted the permissions screen and started an assessment.
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for your account and your subscription.
- Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the app stable and secure, for crash reports and abuse prevention.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies to you, you have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, obtain a portable copy, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to mindesuite1@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
9. Security
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS. The app refuses unencrypted connections.
- Our AI provider is never given a key that could be extracted from the app: requests pass through our own server, which authenticates you first.
- Data held by our providers is encrypted at rest on their infrastructure.
- Your results are also cached on your own device so you can consult them offline. This local copy is protected by your device's own security — screen lock and operating-system app isolation. Anyone with unlocked physical access to your device may be able to read it, so please keep a screen lock enabled.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
10. Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app: Profile → Account → Delete account.
If you have already uninstalled the app, you can still request deletion. Full instructions are on our account deletion page.
11. Children
Mind Screen is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date shown at the top. Where the change is significant, we will also notify you in the app.
